  • Flexibility. Easy to assemble and rebuild when needed.
  • Density. No air leakage and little noise.
  • Electrically dissipating to avoid static electricity.
  • Long radial bends to reduce pressure drop and risk of blockage in the pipe system.
  • Durable.
  • Furthermore, the pipe system should be correctly dimensioned to avoid clogging in pipes, bends, etc.

Pipes

Fully welded senzimir galvanized steel pipes.

Material thickness: 1 mm (standard).
Dimensions: 150, 120, 100, 76, 60 and 50 mm.
Standard length: 3 meters.

Bends

Senzimir galvanized steel pipe bends. Long radial for minimizing pressure drop and risk of stoppage in the system.
Material thickness: 1.2 mm.

Available in 45º and 90º

Mainfold

Galvanized.

Material thickness: 1-1.5 mm.
Available in several dimensions from 150 – 50 mm.
Detour 45º (standard).

Reductions

Used for reduction between pipes and between pipes and hose. We also stock transitions to other dimensions to easily enable completion of old systems.

Made of sheet steel.

Pipe fittings

Used for splicing between pipes, bends, manifolds, reductions etc.

Made of sheet steel and electrically conductive rubber.
Dimensions: 152 – 50 mm.

Assembly details

Pipe support for fixed mounting in ceilings and walls.

Made of galvanized sheet steel.
Dimensions: 120-60 mm.

Automatic valves – ELV

Used for automatic shut-off of suction points at machines and workplaces that are not used.

El- (24 Volt).
Made of powder-coated steel sheet (standard)
Effective felt seal.
Standard dimensions: 120, 100, 76 and 60 mm.

Sliding damper – SKV

Hand damper for shutting off suction points at machines and workplaces that are not currently used.

Equipped with microswitch (IP 54).
Made of electrically conductive plastic (as standard).
Effective felt seal.
Standard dimensions: 100, 76 and 60 mm.

Flap valves – KLV 60

Used for hose connection 60, 50, 38 or 32 mm.

Equipped with protected microswitch (IP 54).
Made of electrically conductive plastic (as standard).
Rubber seal.
